“This testimonial is a year and a half late, but we’ve been so busy enjoying our new basement that there wasn’t time to write! Thank you Brian, Nathan, and every one of the subcontractors that came through our house during the 3-month project. The group of professionals that worked on our basement were polite and gracious, even to the point of answering questions from 2 curious teenagers (and their parents), and smiling when music practise happened!
We went from having a cold cement hole at the bottom of our stairwell (in a house over 50 years old), to an insulated and beautifully functional second home. “As parents to two young children and three dogs, we were nervous about completing our basement. How would the kids nap? Where would the dogs go while the crew was working? How much chaos would ensue during the build that would disrupt our lives?!
The answers? Our children napped daily through all of the construction process because the crew was quiet enough that they could sleep. The crew was patient with our dogs as they came in and out daily and there was no more chaos in our lives than normal!
Supercrew was hands down a cut above all of the competition. We had taken the time before choosing a contractor to research a few companies; Supercrew being one of them. From our very first meeting with Brain we were impressed. When the competition sat at our table with us trying to pressure us into their version of what our basement should be, Brain listened to us and met our needs. While the competition insisted on cutting corners without telling us, Brain explained everything about what Supercrew would be doing, how they would do it and why they did things the way they do. Brain spent the time in the beginning reassuring us, meeting our needs for a floor plan and really making sure that we were confident in our decision. Not once did he pressure us or make us feel under the gun. We felt like we were meeting with a friend.
Once the job started we were overjoyed to see that Nathan, John-Paul and the rest of the crew were the same type of down-to-earth people as Brain. They were accommodating to us as a family and made sure we were happy all along the way. Our house was not any messier from the construction and we were happy to be able to communicate daily with the tradesmen that were working. Everyone would take the time to show us what they had done and make sure we were happy.
It was our routine to take our curious little boy down there night after night once we had eaten supper. Because we are very cautious with all that we do we were watching for problems along the way… guess what? We found none. Not one issue.
Supercrew was not only willing and able to meet every one of our wishes for our basement, but they did it on time, on budget and with nothing but class the whole way. This company is one we will wholeheartedly recommend to everyone we know for any renovation; big or small. We can’t say enough about this wonderful company, from how well it is run to the high quality of workmanship. This is the company everyone should have renovating their homes! “We bought our first house which had an undeveloped walkout basement, and after contacting multiple contractors we decided to go with Supercrew Projects. When they came to give us a quote, we had mentioned what we were looking for a basement and they not only gave us multiple choices of what we could do with our budget, but they also suggested things like moving the electrical panel back to be flush with our walls. No other contracting business had ever mentioned this on all the other quotes and so we just assumed it wasn’t possible. But they reassured us it was and it wouldn’t cost an arm and a leg which it didn’t!
From the initial quote to final signing we were more than impressed by the craftsmanship, professionalism, and prompt delivery of service with all their trades. Not only do they stay on schedule, but they are very pleasant and very tidy. They helped us to envision not only what we wanted in our basement but also what was possible within our budget and they didn’t try to up sell us at all.

“We contracted Supercrew to conduct a renovation of our basement and we were extremely impressed with Brian, Nathan and the whole crew throughout the entire project!
This project was delivered exactly as we hoped – within budget, within scope and exactly on time. The quality of the contractor work was outstanding and the attention that Brian provided during the initial assessment, and Nathan provided during the project gave us a huge amount of comfort that we were going to get a basement that met all of our needs. We knew throughout the project exactly what was going on and did not experience a single issue during the entire renovation. The online tools (calendar/schedule of work, online change request approval) were a very nice touch and gave us the flexibility to stay in touch with the project while we were away.
Not only are Brian and Nathan both extremely professional, you can’t find a nicer couple of folks to work with. First class all the way!

“Supercrew – A choice I will NEVER regret.
My wife and I recently purchased a home with an undeveloped basement. We decided we wanted to go all out with the basement and wire the place for a future theatre room, a guest room, a professional grade wine cellar and a full bathroom that includes an oversize steam shower.
Brian and Nathan kept us in the loop on everything. If we were unsatisfied with something or decided to change direction Brian and Nathan made it their mission to make it right (to be clear, there was nothing that gave us heartburn by any means!). Did we mention that your home will NOT look like a construction site? They clean up every day and they only have a bin on your driveway for the first few DAYS. We held dinner parties over the 8 weeks that we were having our basement developed and there is no way anyone could tell we were having any work done.
In the end, we have our dream basement. My wife has her dream bathroom and I have a 610 bottle professional wine cellar that can store Bordeaux wines for 25 years. People always say that you’ll never extract the money you put into your basement renovations – I disagree. My house is now complete and I know I will easily get more than I paid to get the renovations done – substantially more.

“It is will a great deal of pleasure that we have the opportunity to thank Brian / Supercrew Projects Inc.
Brian / Supercrew had carried out renovations on my son’s home and had done a tremendous job, and he recommended Brian / Supercrew Projects Inc to us.
I am a person living with a disability and require a wheel chair in order to function, so in the early summer of 2009 as we began to search for a new Condo, Brian was exceptional, during the search we would find a place that we might be interested in, he would join us at the possible new purchase condo and we would discuss renovations necessary in order to make the property barrier free. In August of 2009 we acquired a condo and immediately contracted Brian / Supercrew to carry out a variety of renovations in order to make the condo fully functional for myself. We changed out carpeted flooring for tile flooring, we modified the kitchen area changing it from a galley type to a barrier free type with all cupboards and appliances around the perimeter of the kitchen area, we completely changed out the master bathroom relocating the bathroom sink and counters and then removing a jetted tub and shower and replacing them with a roll in shower especially equipped to handle wheel chairs, and we also modified the flooring in the master bedroom to accommodate carpet in part of the room and tile in the remaining part of the room.
Brian took on this massive task and within a couple short weeks he converted the condo from being extremely restrictive to being fully accessible. He also did this while working with a condominium association that was extremely fussy and overly protective of the building. Brian’s crew had to be exceptionally quite, exceptionally clean and very friendly, at the end of the project we were advised that the condominium association was extremely pleased with the job done and very impressed with Brian and his staff.
I have already provided Brian’s / Supercrews name to people I work with and I know they will be contacting him in the near future in order that they can get their homes renovated and I know they will enjoy the same pride as we do in our new condo.
