As a member of the RenoMark Program and the Canadian Home Builders Association, Supercrew Projects Inc. must adhere to a code of conduct:
- Be a member in good standing of the Canadian Home Builders Association – Calgary Region
- Abide by the Canadian Home Builders’ Association - Calgary Region Code of Ethics
- Provide clients with a detailed, written contract/scope of work for all jobs
- Offer a minimum two year warranty on all work (excludes minor home repair and manufacturers warranty)
- Carry a minimum $2 million liability insurance
- Have coverage for workplace safety and employers’ liability and/or work only with subcontractors who carry such coverage
- Carry applicable licenses and permits
- Maintain a professional level of knowledge of current building codes, permit procedures and technical skills through continuing education
- Maintain a safe and organized work site
- Return phone calls within two business days
Supercrew Projects Inc. carries a Contractors License Bond through the Guarantee Company of North America. This important document is a requirement by the government of Alberta for any contractor wishing to accept deposits from their customers. Our corporate bond protects your deposit money.
